31 Ways to Good Health in 31 Days

LGBT health is a big issue for each of us individually and as a community. Our health needs are sometimes the same as everyone else’s and sometimes different; and there’s a lot to consider. To get us all moving in the right direction, we’ve come up with a list of very basic facts, tips or issues to think about this month…one for every day in March. Obviously, being healthy won’t fit into a week or a month alone, but it’s a place to start. So click here to see 31 Ways to become a healthier LGBT person and community in 31 Days.
